Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage is a 650-seat venue featuring complete sound, lighting and fly systems, a box office and full bar service. Located in the stylish South Granville community, the award winning Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage is within walking distance of convenient parking facilities and an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants.
This 450-seat venue features a convenient loading bay, a full fly system, and a box office and bar service. Sound and lighting systems are limited. An adjoining reception area with great views of False Creek is ideal for meetings or post-show gatherings.
Revue Stage is an intimate 198-seat theatre. A full bar, reception area and box office services compliment this venue. This venue has small sound and lighting systems.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
To help finance the Theatre’s capital improvements, a facility fee of $2.00 per person will be applied at the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage and Granville Island Stage, $1.50 at the Revue Stage.
2) NON-REFUNDABLE RENTAL DEPOSIT
The required non-refundable rental deposit will be 50% of the total rental fee and is due upon signing of the contract if issued one month prior to event. If agreement is issued less than one month prior to event, 100% of total rental fee is due upon signing.
3) EVENT TIME ALLOWANCE
When an event continues beyond the rental period, it will be subject to an additional fee of $100 per hour at the Granville Island Stage, $50 per hour at the Revue Stage, and $200 per hour at the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, for each hour or portion thereof.
A certificate of public liability and property damage insurance for a minimum of $2 million of coverage per event, with the Arts Club Theatre Building Society as the additional named insured, is mandatory when renting the Granville Island Stage, Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage or Revue Stage. This is to be submitted to the ACT in advance of the event but no later than the load in day. Insurance may be purchased through a company of your choice or through All Sport Insurance Marketing Ltd. at 604-737-3018.
Included in the rental of the theatres, as required, are the services of one technician up to a maximum of 8 hours at the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, Granville Island Stage and the Revue Stage. For weekday, daytime rentals at the Granville Island Stage and the Revue Stage only: One technician for the load-in and event, up to a maximum of 4 hours. Please note for rentals at our Granville Island Stage and the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage more than one technician is almost always required. Recommendations will be made based on your event needs.
Also included, as required, are the services of five Ushers and two Box Office persons, up to a maximum of 4 hours, at the Stanley Theatre, four ushers and two box office person at the Granville Island Stage except in the case of a weekday rental (see below), two ushers and one box office at the Revue Stage. For weekday, daytime rentals the Granville Island Stage: Two ushers and no box office person up to a maximum of 4 hours. For weekday, daytime rentals the Revue Stage: One ushers and no box office person up to a maximum of 4 hours.
Additional staff and/or hours will be billed at the following rates:
For technicians - $32 per hour straight time (the first 8 hours), $48 per hour overtime and $64 per hour double time. For ushers or additional box office staff- $16.50 per hour straight time (the first 8 hours), $24.75 per hour overtime and $33.00 per hour double time.
6) BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Arts Club reserves the right to control the sale or distribution of refreshments. Each venue offers licensed bar service. Bar service is provided at the request of the renter. The cost for bar service at the Stanley is $200, which is waived when bar sales exceed $400. For the Granville Island and Revue Stages, cost is $100, which is waived when bar sales exceed $200
The Arts Club reserves the right to be the sole provider of catering requirements for the Granville Island Stage, lounges and Revue stage and lounge. Special Arrangements can be made for the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, please contact the Rentals Manager for details.
7) DRESSING ROOM, GREEN ROOM, LOUNGE AND LOBBY USE
At the discretion of the Arts Club Theatre, a licensee may use the dressing room and/or green room. Please note that rental rates may differ with lounge and lobby use.
8) COMMISSION MERCHANDISE AND COLLATERAL SALES
There is a surcharge of 15% of the gross receipts from souvenirs, programs, librettos or any other article offered or displayed for sale in either venue, by a licensee. In all cases the sanction of the Arts Club Theatre Company must be obtained before any such sales are conducted.
9) SPECIAL SET UP CHARGES
The Arts Club Theatre Company reserves the right to make certain additional charges for special seat set-ups, stage, electrical, audio, lights or utility services.
10) ELECTRONIC TAPE, BROADCAST, FILM OR PHOTO SHOOTS
Not allowed without written permission from the Arts Club Theatre Management.
11) WIFI AND DATA
WIFI use is an additional charge of $200. If you require special log in names and passwords, an additional charge of $50 will apply.
12) ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES: All performance venues are wheelchair accessible for patrons.
13) VENUE AVAILABILITY
Venues are available on a first come first served basis; check dates with the Rental Manager.
14) BOX OFFICE/TICKETING
Persons renting any Arts Club facility must set up their tickets through VancouverTix, our in house ticketing service. Please contact Kate Chalker @ 604-687-5315 ext. 402 to arrange for tickets.
In addition to the $2 per ticket capital improvement surcharge (Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage and Granville Island Stage) $1.50 (Revue Stage), the Arts Club will charge a $50 setup fee per show ($100 flat fee for week long rentals in the revue stage), $0.13 for each ticket printed, and 2.1% on Visa/MasterCard transactions (3.25% on AMEX). Tickets purchased through the vancouvertix box office will be subject to a service charge of $3 (Revue Stage) or $4 (Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage and Granville Island Stage).
Penalty fees will apply for not using the in house ticketing service.
Vancouver Tix has a call centre that is open for phone sales from 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and Noon to 5pm Sunday. In addition to the call centre there is a walk up box office located at Granville Island Stage for cash sales.
